Expert addition to QUAMED’s regulatory support project in Senegal!

QUAMED has the pleasure to announce that we have contracted Mr. El Hadji Ndiaye to reinforce our regulatory support project in Senegal. Mr. Ndiaye is an expert in international development issues enriched by professionalism in business administration. He holds a master’s degree in teaching from UCAD, as well as a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from the University of Sherbrooke.

He will be working closely with the coordinator of the recently created Delivery Unit within the Ministry of Health and Social Action. The Delivery Unit is essential in supporting the Ministry to achieve the following objectives:

  1. Distribution: make Senegal a sub-regional logistics hub in 2035
  2. Production: satisfy 20% of national demand in 2025, 30% in 2030 and 50% in 2035
  3. Research & Development: industrially develop 10 research results in 2030; develop APIs and galenic drugs in 2035.

We are looking forward to Mr. Ndiaye’s contributions.
